Agreement to Official Rules. Please read the contest rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes agreement with these rules.
Sponsor. The Contest is sponsored by Elco Motor Yachts, LLC located at 9 Front Street, Lake George, NY 12845.
Eligibility. To be eligible to enter the contest, you must be 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, interns and contractors of Elco and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, and agents and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate in the contest. Contest is void where prohibited by law.
Contest Period. The Contest begins on May 1, 2025, 12PM Eastern Time (ET) Zone in the United States and ends on June 30, 2025, 11.59 PM ET. All dates are subject to change. Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Contest by providing your email address using this form
How to Enter. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email for the duration of the Contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries may be used in promotional materials of the Sponsor.
Entry. To enter, Like us on our official Elco Facebook page, Elco Instagram page, and/or Elco YouTube, complete the entry form by providing all required information mail using this form.
Judging. The winner of the Contest will be chosen by Elco in its sole discretion.
Winner Notification. On or about July 1, 2025, the Sponsor will select the winner of the Contest. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone or email on or about July 1, 2025. If the potential winner cannot be contact within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Prizes. The winner of the contest will receive the EDGEMERE EP-3TS for the winner’s boat as determined solely by Sponsor. The winner of the contest is responsible for all costs other than the cost of the motor including but not limited to accessories, shipping, installation, duties and taxes. The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and filing requirements. The winner must install the motor into their boat. Cash will not be substituted for the prize. The winner consents to participate in photos and/or a video for promotional purposes and consents that both their likeness and their boat may appear in publications and communications promoting the Sponsor.
