ELCO MOTOR YACHTS (ELCO) frequently updates and revises its product offering and pricing. ELCO may at any time discontinue, update, add or revise product offerings, including pricing and availability. ELCO presents product specifications as received from manufacturers and/or distributors. ELCO does not warrant that this information is correct or complete.
Conditions of Sale
The Customer’s receipt of any form of order confirmation does not signify ELCO acceptance of the Customer’s order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We may require additional customer information before accepting any order. ELCO reserves the right at any time after receipt of the Customer’s order to accept or decline an order for any reason.
Shipping charges may change depending upon available shipping methods and other circumstances. In such cases, you will be contacted for your prior approval before shipment occurs.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in original, unused condition, suitable to be resold. Returns must be complete, in the original packaging and include all parts, manuals, and other accessories supplied in the original packaging. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. To obtain this number, contact ELCO toll free at 877-411-3526. Special orders are subject to a 30% restocking charge. The customer is responsible for return shipping. ELCO is not responsible for freight on returned merchandise. Once the product has been returned and is confirmed to be in “like new” condition a credit (less any applicable restocking fee) will be issued. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.
Damaged or Missing Goods Shipped By Parcel Carrier
We thoroughly inspect all items prior to shipment. We suggest that you also thoroughly inspect the items before accepting delivery. If damage is apparent, refuse delivery or if your parcel is left without a signature and damage is found, please contact ELCO toll free at 877-411-3526 within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Most claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of delivery.
Defective Products / Warranty returns
Most items we sell are covered by manufacturers’ warranties. Warranties are established by, and the responsibility of, the manufacturer, and the final determination of warranty adjustments rest with the manufacturer. Most manufacturers now require the end user of their products to contact them directly for warranty issues. In order to expedite your claim, we will gladly help you contact a manufacturer. Limitation of Liability
ELCO MOTOR YACHTS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCTS UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ALL OTHER CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON THE WEBSITE ARE NULL AND VOID.
